We make sure to get our customers’ take on what we do and how we do it. We send out mini-surveys after EVERY service call to make sure we follow up on the quality service we deliver. We make nearly 18,000 service calls in a year and we get such AMAZING feedback. Sometimes folks even feel compelled to write a separate letter to get into detail about the friendliness, expertise, or professionalism of our plumbers and heating technicians.

Florence and George sent us this sweet letter.

The letter reads: “Dear (Todd) Bates, sir!  Hi there!  I want to thank you for fixing our bathroom.  The other day on Friday afternoon on Jan. 27, 2012. My mother likes the good job you done too!  We’ll try not to turn the handle too hard on the tub!  Again, my mother and me want to thank you so very much on the good job you did!

We’ll help walk you through this AWESOME South West Plumbing customer “letter”!

The customer provided mural/poem reads:

My tub drain was blown and my second floor water always ice cold,

My sink was clogged (eww!) and my H2O heater was 21 years old (WOW!)

I needed help right away!

So, I called SWP and was told I’d have service the “very Same Day!”

The two men who came were heaven sent.

The repairs made, worth every cent!
