Employees:
WE regard our employees’ satisfaction as a factor of utmost importance. WE WILL assign both technical and support personnel to each job in accordance with their experience, knowledge, and expertise, and WE WILL continue to train our employees on an ongoing basis to uphold high performance standards.
Professional Responsibility:
WE WILL perform only jobs for which we are qualified, while making quality service the trademark of the jobs we perform. WE WILL stand behind our work and NOT provide services under conditions that might compromise the integrity of our trade and profession. WE WILL NOT advertise in a deceptive manner, but WILL maintain a professional attitude at all times.

WE WILL agree in advance on the basis for our fees. WE WILL make it our moral imperative to maintain a profitable business, as a responsibility to our employees and families. WE WILL be mindful of the honest value received by the customer and our right to an ethical profit.
Social Responsibility:
WE WILL be good corporate citizens and protect the health and safety of our communities by sharing our knowledge of environmental developments and technological advancements with the communities we serve. WE WILL report violations of this CODE OF ETHICS.
